Discover BLAST, our most explosive full-body workout, and step into 50 minutes of pure intensity. Through a 5-station circuit, we combine HIIT, strength, power and endurance in a format designed to keep you moving, sweating and pushing your limits from start to finish. Each station brings its own challenge, each block its own sensation, creating a complete, intense and seriously effective experience.
We designed BLAST to challenge you, fire you up and immerse you in the full power of the group. The intensity is real, but you stay in control at all times, with effort options that can be adapted to your level and how you feel that day. BLAST is for everyone, whether you are discovering this kind of training for the first time or looking for a format that can push you even further. We take care of the energy, the rhythm, the atmosphere and the heat in the room. Your job is to show up and give it everything you've got.

HOW IT WORKS ?

REGISTRATION
You can register for BLAST classes using your usual credits. All our passes are compatible with this new activity.
RESERVATION
When making a reservation, you can choose your spot.
If you choose spots with the letter B, you will start at the benches.
If you choose spots with the letter S, you will start at the bags.
Please note that you will need to alternate between the bench and the bag. For example, if you select spot B1, you will need to use bag S1 when switching.
Be aware that the slot map on the App does not show the letters B and S. We are working to resolve the issue. However, you can still verify that you have reserved the right spot by going to the "booking" section on the App. To avoid any confusion, we recommend that you book from a computer.
LEVEL
Everyone is welcome to join the BLAST class, there is no level required and absolutely no boxing technique is required to participate.
