How to create an account ?
Create an account for yourself through our website or our App iOS or Android, and then purchase one or several credits. We also recommend you to take a look at our practical guide if it is your first visit!
What is a “pass” and a “credit”?
  • When you purchase a pass, you receive a certain number of credits. These credits can be used to book classes (1 credit = 1 class). The credit is then deducted from your pass.

  • Watch out! Each pass is valid for only a certain amount of time. When a pass expires, all its credits are lost.

  • Please note that if you do not comply with our cancellation policy or our late policy, credits will be deducted from your pass.
Where and how can I purchase credits?
  • You can purchase credits online through our website or our App iOS or Android.

  • We accept:

    • Credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, Amex.

  • You can also purchase credits at the studio.

  • We accept:

    • Credit cards (Mastercard, Visa and Amex)
    • Debit cards
    • Twint

  • Please note that we do not accept cash payments.
What is the cancellation policy?
  • By logging on onto your profile on our website or our App iOS or Android up to 6 hours before the start of class.

  • If you cancel your class less than 6h before or if you are absent, we will not be able to refund you your credit.

  • If the cancellation is due to sickness or an injury, the credit will not be lost however, we reserve the right to request for a medical certificate or another supporting document.
What happens in the case of a late arrival?
If at your arrival at the studio, class has already begun, or if you aren’t present 15 minutes prior to the start of your first class at Urban Ride, you will be considered absent, and we reserve the right to reassign your spot to another person. Unfortunately, we must do so in order to maintain fairness and to ensure our studio operates smoothly.
Those who purchase the “1 Month Unlimited” pass will get locked out of their account for 7 days in the following cases
  • After 2 late cancellations (less than 6 hours before the start of class) within a period of 14 days.

  • ou

  • After 2 no-shows (absences) within a period of 14 days.

Unfortunately, it is a measure we must take in order to maintain fairness and the proper functioning of our studio.
May I use my credits to invite a friend?
Yes, you can book multiple spots yourself with your credits to invite one or more people.
How early should I arrive to the studio for my class?
We advise you to arrive to the studio around 15 minutes prior to the start of your class to have enough time to change and to set yourself up for class.
Does a waitlist exist?
Yes! If a class is full, you will always have the option to add yourself to the waitlist. If a spot opens up, you will be automatically notified and you will have the possibility to reserve the spot within a 15-minute timeframe. After the 15-minute window, the spot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist.
What languages are the classes taught in?
All our classes are taught in French and English.
How far in advance is the schedule available?
The schedule displays the classes for the next 8 days.
How far in advance shall I book myself into class?
You can book yourself into class up to 7 days in advance or 5 minutes before class. It’s up to you! However, classes are often full therefore, we advise you to book your class as soon as possible if you would like to have your desired spot.
What is the minimum age to participate in a class?
You must be at least 16 years old to take part in classes.
Are there levels of difficulty?
Nope! Our classes are for all levels! We simply recommend that newcomers avoid booking front row bikes during their first RIDE class.
How long is a class?
A class is 45 minutes long. Some special classes such as the “marathons” are 90 minutes.
Student packs
  • We offer a special pass for students. It can only be obtained at the studio as we require proof of a valid student ID.

  • The price: CHF 99 for 4 classes (CHF 24,60/class)
Why are there special shoes for the RIDE?
  • The shoes with the cleats make sure your foot is stable on the pedal, and this allows for more precision and efficiency when pressing down and pulling at each pedal stroke.

  • Please note that the shoes are provided free of charge (sizes 36-48). You are also free to wear your own shoes if you prefer.
What should I bring?
For class it is recommended that you wear lightweight sport clothes (for example: shorts for men and leggings for women). Our changing rooms are fully equipped. We offer bath and sport towels, showering products, cosmetic products, hairdryers, etc. Thus, you don’t need to bring anything apart from your clothes. Furthermore, we provide you with special shoes to enhance your experience, so you don’t need to bring yours!
Sensitive hearing
If you are sensitive to loud sounds, we offer Quies ear plugs at the front desk.
  • We highly recommend for you to stay hydrated during class. As we continue our pledge to sustainability and ecology, we encourage you to bring you own water bottle that you will be able to refill at the studio.

  • If you don’t have a water bottle, you will always be able to buy one at the studio.
How can I refill my account with money?
  • ou now have the possibility to add money onto your account to fully take advantage of all our services. Once your account has been refilled, you can then use that credit note to buy passes, drinks etc.

  • It is only possible to refill your account at the front desk of our studio.
