The URBANRIDE class is a 45-minute spinning class 100% focused on cardio exercises for upper and lower body. We created a unique atmosphere to make is easier for you to sweat harder, have fun and relax.

The URBANRIDE BLACK class is similar to the URBANRIDE class with the exception that no live performance data will be broadcasted on the TV screens during the work-out. One single objective: switch off your brain for 45 minutes and enjoy the ride.

The RIDE & CORE class is our signature work-out. This class comes in two stages: you start with 30 minutes of intense spinning, followed by 15 minutes of abs and core exercises on a mat next to the bike. Hard core cardio and muscular strengthening is the ideal combination to get that perfect beach body.

Are you a born competitor? If yes, this class is made for you! A 45-minute spinning race against fellow riders in the room with one single rule: be first or die tryin’.

Our THEME RIDES are special classes with playlists based on a specific musical theme (such as Hip Hop, electro music, 90’s songs or a dedicated artist) or event like Halloween or Valentine’s Day.

Our DJ RIDES are spinning classes with a live DJ performing in the room to motivate you. An exclusive atmosphere created for you to have fun while burning calories.

You must be at least 16 years old.

No, there are no classes for beginners or people with low fitness level. However, with the ability to adjust the resistance level on the bike, the work-out can be adapted to any fitness level and suit every rider’s capacities.

One of the best things about indoor cycling is that it can be adapted to any fitness level. With the ability to adjust the resistance level on the bike, the workout can suit each rider’s abilities. With every class comes increased confidence and strength, so we encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have fun.

It depends on the weight of the individual and the amount of exertion used. Research indicates that on average, indoor cyclists can burn from 500-700 calories in a vigorous 45-minute workout.

Les performances de chaque rider peuvent être affichées en direct sur deux écrans de TV dans la salle de spinning. Une option qui peut facilement être désactivée. À la fin du cours tous les riders reçoivent les résultats du cours par e-mail (classement, vitesse moyenne, watts etc…). Ces résultats sont personnels, confidentiels et sont aussi accessibles depuis votre compte personnel.
