HOW TO BOOK
Before you can go crazy in the spinning room, you must reserve your place. To book a class it is necessary to have an URBANRIDE account and to add credit to this account by purchasing a class or a pack of several classes.
1. REGISTRATION
To create an account, or to log in, go to the MY ACCOUNT page in the top menu.
2. PURCHASE A PACK OF CLASSES
BUY A PACKAGE In order to book a class, it is necessary to have one or several credits on your account (a credit = a class). On the CREDITS page, select the package that best fits your needs by clicking on “Buy”.
3. BOOK A CLASS
1. To book a class, click the BOOK button in the top menu.
2. Choose the class that suits you by clicking on the “RESERVE” button.
3. Choose your bike by clicking on its number and confirm your reservation by clicking on the “RESERVE” button.
4. A confirmation message will appear and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
